Dosage
60 mg/j or 30 mg/day if renal failure or weight < 60 kg.
Absolute contra-indications
- Hypersensitivity to active principle or excipients.
- Acute bleeding.
- Severe liver disease or high risk of bleeding.
- Lesions or sickness at high risk of bleeding.
- Pregnancy.
Pay attention to drugs interaction and inhibitors of CYP3A4 and/or P-gp.
