600mg orally or i.v (60 minutes before procedure).
Contra-indications
Known hypersensitivity to clindamycin or lincomycin.
Dalacin C Phosphate injectable solution should not be administered to neonates and premature because the drug contains benzyl alcohol as a preservative (see "Warnings and Precautions").
