Ivabradine (Procoralan)

• Procoralan: 7.5-15 mg/j

Ivabradine can be consider on top of conventional treatment with ß-blockers if target heart rate is not reach (< 70 bpm).

Contra-indications

• Hypersensitivity to ivabradine.
• Rest heart rate < 70 bpm.
• Cardiogenic shock.
• Acute MI.
• Severe hypotension.
• Severe liver disease.
• Sick sinus syndrome.
• Bloc sino-auriculaire ou atrio-ventriculaire du 3ème degré.
• Association with cytochrome P450 3A4 inhibitors.
• Association with diltiazem and verapamil.
• Pregnancy.
