Abciximab (Reopro)

(Abciximab)

Posologie

0,25 mg/kg de PC bolus iv, suivi d’une perfusion intraveineuse continue pendant 12 heures de (patients < 80 kg: 0,125 μg/kg/min; Patients > 80 kg: 10 μg/min).

Contre-indications absolues

• Allergie/hypersensitivité au médicament (thrombocytopénie)
• Hémorragie active
• Antécédents d’hémorragie intracrânienne
• Tumeurs cérébrales, néoformation intracrânienne, malformation artérioveineuse ou anévrisme.

Contre indications relatives

• Hémorragie non contrôlable < 1an
• AVC < 1an
• Intervention chirurgicale majeure ou blessure < 1 mois
• Interventions épidurales < 1mois
• Coagulopathie, thrombocytopathie, thrombopénie anamnestique ou actuelle (< 150 G/l)
• Hypertension sévère non contrôlée (> 180/110 mm Hg)
• Hémodialyse chronique
• Âge > 75 ans (Surtout femme ou St.p.radiothérapie)
