Dosage

Once a day:

• 5 mg up to 50kg
• 7.5 mg up to100kg
• 10 mg > 100kg

Absolute contra-indications

• Important Bleeding
• Known hypersensitivity to fondaparinux or any of the excipients
• Acute bacterial endocarditis
• Severe renal impairment with creatinine clearance <20 ml / min.
