Definitions

PAH

Mean arterial pulmonary pressure (PAPm)≥ 25 mmHg.

PAH pre-capillary

PAPm ≥ 25 mmHg with wedge pressure ≤ 15 mmHg.

PAH post-capillary

PAPm ≥ 25 mmHg et edge > 15 mmHg.

PAH post-capillary passive

PAPm - Wedge pressure ≤ 12 mmHg.

PAH post-capillary reactive

PAPm - Wedge pressure ≥ 12 mmHg.
