Age< 70 years

  • Reflex: 50 %
  • Orthostatic: 5 %
  • Cardio-vascular: 12 %
  • Unexplained: 25 %
  • Loss of consciousness without cerebral hypo-perfusion (not considered as syncope): 5 %

Age> 70 years

  • Reflex: 36 %
  • Orthostatic: 30 %
  • Cardio-vascular: 20 %
  • Unexplained: 9 %
  • Loss of consciousness without cerebral hypo-perfusion (not considered as syncope): 5 %
