Concurrent administration with nitrates or donor of nitric oxide (such as amyl nitrite).
Co-administration of vardenafil with HIV protease inhibitors (ritonavir, indinavir) is against-indicated because it is potent CYP3A4 inhibitors.
Co-administration of vardenafil with potent CYP3A4 inhibitors such as itraconazole, ketoconazole or voriconazole (for systemic use) is against-indicated in patients over 75 years.
Severe hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh C).
Stade terminal renal failure requiring dialysis.
Low blood pressure (RR <90/50 mmHg).
Myocardial infarction or stroke within the last 6 months.
Unstable angina.
Hereditary degenerative retinopathy, such as retinitis pigmentosa.
Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.
