Dosage

Initial charge of 600 mg, then 75 mg or 150 mg once a day

Absolute contra-indications

• Acute bleeding
• Hypersensitivity to the active substance or another components
• Severe hepatic insufficiency (Child-Pugh class C)
• Organic lesion with a bleeding potential: active gastro-intestinal ulcus or CVA
• Hemmorhagic diathesis Diathèses
