Dosage

Acute coronary syndrome: 2,5 mg/day s.c.. Not more than 8 days.

Absolute contra-indications

• Severe bleeding
• Hypersensitivity to fondaparinux or excipients
• Acute endocarditis
• Severe renal insufficency with clearance < 20 ml/min.
