Dosage

Unique dose of charge of 180 mg of ticagrelor, followed by 90 mg twicw a day

Absolute contra-indications

• Hypersensitivity to the active principle or to an excipient
• Active bleeding
• History of intracranial bleeding
• Moderate to severe hepatic insufficiency
• Concomiitant admonistration of ketoconazole, clarithromycine, nefazodone, ritonavir ou atazanavir.
