Dosage

Unique charge of 60 mg of prasugrel, followed with 10 mg/day in standard patient or 5mg/day in patient with increased risk of bleeding (>75 years or < 60 kg).

Absolute contraindications

  • Acute bleeding.
  • Hypersensitivity to the active substance or another component.
  • History of CVA or TIA.
  • Hepatic insufficiency (Child-Pugh class C).
