Dosage

5mg 2x/day

2.5 mg 2x / day if the presence of 2 of the 3 following criteria: age> 80 years, creatinine> 130 or weight <60 kg.

Contra-indications

  • Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.
  • Clinically significant active bleeding.
  • Liver diseases associated with coagulopathy and clinically relevant bleeding risk severe hepatic impairment (Child Pugh C).
