2 mg/kg in 20 min.

Maintenance

50 à 100 mg 2x/day p.o.

Contra-indications

  • Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.
  • Dysfunction of the sinoatrial node. Atrial conduction disorders.
  • AV block of 2nd or 3rd degree.
  • Complete bundle branch block.
  • Decreased left ventricular function.
  • Myocardial infarction or ischemic heart disease.
