ß-Blockers

• Esmolol (Brevibloc): 50-200 µg/kg/min i.v.
• Bisoprolol (Concor) 5-10 mg/j.
• Carvedilol (Nebilet) 2x25-50 mg/j.
• Metoprolol (Beloc-Zok) 50-100 mg/j.
• Nébivolol (Nebilet) 10 mg/j.
• Atenolol (Tenormin) 25-100 mg/j.
• Propranolol (Indéral) 10-40mg 2/j.

Beta-blockersers begun once compensation obtained and in small doses (eg. Carvedilol (Dilatrend) 12.5mg 2x / day) and gradually increased jusqu'è the target value (effective or FC 60-70 bpm).
